25th January 2024 – Workshop Participants at the 4th e-Bank Guarantees Workshop led by UAE Trade Connect
ICC UAE was honoured to play an active role in the 4th e-Bank Guarantees Workshop organized by UAE Trade Connect on January 25, 2024.
This collaborative session acted as a forum where ICC UAE shared insights on the application of ICC Rules of Practice in the context of standardising guarantees and standby letters of credit within a digital environment. Linklaters provided valuable legal perspectives on industry readiness and the legal landscape for the introduction of e-Bank Guarantees in the UAE.
The digital transformation of international trade finance will play a substantive role in the agenda of GTFS2024 coming up in the week commencing Monday 29 April 2024.
