The committee members bring extensive expertise in dispute resolution and avoidance, with specialisations in construction, engineering, energy, quantum and delay, joint ventures and corporate law. Their contributions will be crucial in advancing Expert determination and Dispute Boards as reliable mechanisms for avoiding and resolving disputes.”
The Standing Committee supports the ICC International Centre for ADR in administering ADR cases filed under ICC Expert Rules and ICC Dispute Board Rules.
