Ahmed is a qualified advocate with full rights of audience before all UAE courts. He has obtained his L.L.B degree in Sharia & Law from the University of Sharjah in 2018 and L.L.M degree in International Business Law from University Paris II Panthéon-Assas in 2022 in addition to an L.L.M degree in Private Law from Imam Malik College for Sharia & Law. Ahmed is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).

Prior to joining Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants, Ahmed was shadowing senior Galadari lawyers of various legal backgrounds to gain insight and knowledge into litigation, arbitration and corporate law.

Rodrigo Care is Senior Counsel at Galadari Advocates & Legal Consultants’ Dubai office. With significant and highly regarded expertise in arbitration and offshore litigation, Rodrigo focuses on complex disputes across the oil & gas, construction, and financial services sectors, with particular experience in matters involving sovereigns or State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

Rodrigo has acted as counsel or arbitrator in over 40 high-value disputes before leading arbitral tribunals and commercial courts worldwide, including the ICC, LCIA, ICSID, DIAC, and the DIFC and ADGM Courts. His track record in managing sophisticated global disputes and resolving high-stakes matters is well-regarded by clients, who appreciate his strategic and pragmatic approach.

A member of the panel of arbitrators of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, Rodrigo also serves as the Chair of the Rome Branch of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA). He is actively involved in the international arbitration community as a Regional Representative of Young ICCA (International Council for Commercial Arbitration) and a member of the Association of International Energy Negotiators (AIEN).

Earlier in his career, Rodrigo completed a secondment with the LNG and Natural Gas divisions of Eni SpA and served as a Judicial Fellow to the Hon. Charles N. Brower. He earned his legal education at Georgetown University Law Center in the United States and Roma Tre University in Italy. Rodrigo is fluent in English, French, and Italian.
