Ghanem has great experience in arbitration through his employment in the Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation Center (ADCCAC) as Case Manager first, then as Conciliation & Arbitration Advisor and more recently as legal representative in arbitration proceedings in construction and real estate conducted through ADCCAC and ICC institutions.

Advocate and Founding Partner of International Consultant Law Office, Ghanem is dedicating an important part of its legal services to arbitration considering his expertise and the expertise of his team in this particular field. Also, Ghanem has been approved as qualified arbitrator by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Center along with the Sharjah International Arbitration Center.

As arbitration advisor, Ghanem was explaining arbitration proceedings in accordance with UAE laws and ADCCAC regulations to arbitrators and lawyers not familiar with arbitration, at the beginning of and all along the arbitration proceedings upon request from any practioner and in complete independency. In doing so, Ghanem was confronted to many different situations which could arise within the conduct of the arbitration proceedings and require an expert and experience opinion.

As case manager, Ghanem was handling the management of an arbitration case from its filing within ADCCAC until the issuance of a final award giving him the primary benefit of getting a perfect knowledge of the conduct of the arbitration proceedings.
