He has interests in Air, Sea, Road, Rail Transportation, Environment, Pollution Control and other projects as well as privatization.

Z D Sarguroh having International experience since 1986 in Global Maritime & Shipping field is a Infrastructure Project visionary and Proposer-Developer-Manager- Executor.was instrumental in privatisation of various Sea Port in India, Conceptual Planner of Port in India for Iron & Coal Berth at Marmugao and Paradip. Z D Sarguroh has studied most Indian ports, Road & Rail connectivity with focus on Infrastructure Development objective.

Port Development & Management

• Till recently worked on a $400 million port infrastructure development project in Orissa, $ 150 million at Haldia, and $ 175 million at Kakinada.
• Core member for Project studies, Infrastructure development activities.
• Key member for obtaining first ever-Environmental Clearance (NOC) from Govt Of India for a green field port project.
• Obtaining NOC to develop & Operate private railway tracks in India.
• Conducted numerous feasibility studies including

  • At Indian Coast for development of new ports, improvement of existing ones.

• Spearheaded the privatisation of Kakinada Deep Water Port.
