Nimai was co-founded in 2009 by CA Pankaj Mundra with the vision of creating a global billion-dollar company.

Pankaj Mundra has recently founded 360tf to keep Nimai ahead in the world of Fintech and Digitisation.
Vision: His vision is to support SMEs globally by boosting their exports, streamlining trade finance & facilitating their global
expansion.

360tf is an organization set up by the leadership of Nimai as the first ever dynamic Fintech platform to enable trade finance globally.

Nimai was founded in 2009, consisting of customers and associates in more than forty countries. CA Pankaj Mundra has 21+ years of extensive professional experience in investment and consumer banking. Under the leadership of CA Pankaj, Nimai has raised cross border financing for its corporates, banking &nonbanking finance companies clients from the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation, German, Swiss, Danish Banks, UK & Hong Kong based funds, and envisions the same for 360tf.

He has served in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India Dubai Chapter for 7 years in various leadership positions. He led the Dubai Chapter – ICAI’s largest overseas chapter as a chairman in 2016-17. Under his leadership, ICAI Dubai conducted fifty events within 52 weeks while hosting approximately 135 speakers.

He started his career with ICICI Housing Finance in 2000 & joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2002, where he was instrumental in doing First Securitization of Auto & Mortgage Portfolio. He moved to Dubai in 2004 & joined ABN Amro Bank. In 2007, Pankaj joined as the Head of Finance for Mashreq Bank Financial Institutions Group.
CA Pankaj Mundra is married to CA Rashmi Mundra, who is a banker and have two children together:
Sankalp & Bhakti.

A post-graduate in Management, Vikram is an accomplished career banker with over 20 years of experience with banks like Citibank & Kotak Mahindra Bank in India. In his last assignment he was a part of Global Transaction Banking group at Kotak Mahindra Bank, India, heading the Trade Product and Supply Chain Finance for the bank. He was responsible for Trade & Supply Chain Finance P & L, Product Management, Regulatory Compliance, Technology etc. As part of this role, he was also responsible for Risk Participation of Trade Assets, Equity & Debt related cross-border capital account flows, cross-border Trade flows & arranging Trade funding from Financial Institutions. He was supporting all the businesses of the bank i.e., Consumer Bank, Commercial Bank, Wholesale Bank and offshore branches with additional responsibilities on Priority Sector Lending for the Wholesale Banking Group of the Bank.

Vikram has been a close associate of the team behind Nimai Group on various transactions in past and this is how 360tf was conceptualized. In his own words:

▪ He has been instrumental in guiding and supporting various Supply Chain platforms including TReDS in India.

▪ He has been instrumental in the formation of Blockchain consortium of 15+ Indian banks to digitize Domestic Trade in India.

Personal front
▪ On the personal front, Vikram’s family consists of his wife – Priyanka Sharma Lodha also an Ex-banker and teacher and 3 lovely kids.
▪ Amongst his favorite books is “Siddhartha”- A novel by Hesse, Hermann
