OUR VALUES

WHY:

Everything we do, we believe in challenging the status quo, we believe in thinking differently.

HOW:

The way we challenge the status quo is by bridging Engineering with Construction Law to provide genuine help to our clients and owns the best ex erts who believe in what we believe.

WHAT:

We just happened to be a distinguished fast-growing firm in the region who helps clients in simple and complicated claims, construction contracts management and dispute resolution.

What are your claims winning percentage?

A question that people often ask us. That is an impossible question to answer as our client's claims are as individual as they are. It's not just about winning and losing the claim, it's about whether our work genuinely helps our clients. Most of the time, we do just that, and do it without going to arbitration. Of course, we like to win, and when a claim has to go to arbitration, we work hard and do whatever it takes so we have best chance to win.

The fact is we might not be the winner in every claim. The reason is that the Al Mansoury InShield International takes on some of the tougher claims that other claims consultants shy

away from. And we don't if we genuinely quit believe that the opponent partyor arbitral tribunal got it wrong, we are not afraid to go the extra mile to help our client.
