Dr. Xuefei (Fisher) Yang holds a Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (top 3 university in China) and has published 10 SCI-indexed papers in leading international journals. He also held a visiting research position at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at Cornell University, supported by the National Scholarship.

 Dr. Yang brings over 17 years of combined experience in industry and investment, including ten years in the technology sector and seven years in equity investment.

 His professional background spans senior management roles at both multinational and publicly listed companies, including Philips (China) Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Fortune Global 500 company, Royal Philips, where he served as R&D Architect, and Changelight Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300102), where he was Vice President. In his investment career, Dr. Yang has led and managed equity investments exceeding USD 100 million across diverse industries such as semiconductors, new materials, new energy, AI, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing. He has served as Managing Director at Junsan Capital, Partner at Oriental Fortune Capital (OFC Capital), and Partner at MOOC-CN Jinyu Investment Capital.

 Dr. Yang and his team have been connecting and serving top management teams (Vice President to Chairman level) of ~2000 publicly listed companies in China. Also well connecting and serving more than 90% of executive teams of capital/fund companies in China, with an investor community of 4000+ investors.
