Dubai Chambers is the engine of economic advancement and growth in Dubai. The organization works to create new growth opportunities for businesses and drive sustainable economic development and transformation in the emirate in line with Dubai’s ambitious strategies, and Dubai Economic Agenda (D33).

To deliver these ambitions, Dubai Chambers’ commitments are focused on improving the business environment in Dubai, improving the effectiveness of advocacy, attracting foreign investment and international companies to the emirate, supporting Dubai companies with global expansion and growing Dubai’s digital economy.

These strategic priorities are outlined in the Chambers strategy 2022-2024 which includes a number of targets to achieve, notably, to attract multinational companies to Dubai, support the external expansion of 100 companies from Dubai to priority foreign markets within two years, and support and motivate multinational companies to list on the Dubai Financial Market.

Under a unique organizational structure model, Dubai Chambers encompasses three highly focused chambers – Dubai Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, and Dubai International Chamber. Each of the chambers follows a bold and specialised approach to driving economic growth, meeting the changing needs of businesses, and elevating the emirate’s position as a global trade hub.

Dubai Chamber of Commerce

Established in 1965, Dubai Chamber of Commerce represents, supports and protects the interests of the business community in Dubai. The Chamber, one of the three chambers operating under Dubai Chambers, provides a wide range of smart services and innovative solutions to facilitate trade and support the growth and needs of Dubai’s fast-growing and dynamic business community.

The Chamber continues to advocate for the interests of businesses, ensure a favourable business environment in Dubai and foster public-private sector cooperation that drives sustainable economic growth.

Dubai International Chamber 

Dubai International Chamber one of the three chambers operating under Dubai Chambers, was established to promote Dubai as a global business hub, attract multinational companies and expand the emirate’s trade ties with promising markets. The Chamber has a mandate to support Dubai’s target of boosting foreign trade from AED 1.4 trillion to AED 2 trillion by 2026.

Facilitated in part through a network of international offices across Africa, Eurasia and Latin America, the new entity has a dedicated focus on representing and supporting the interests of local companies that have a global presence, as well as international companies based and operate in Dubai. It also works to attract international commercial organisations and position Dubai as an attractive business destination for global investors and talent.

Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy 

Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, one of the three chambers operating under Dubai Chambers, works on transforming Dubai into an international digital technology hub. It aims to strengthen Dubai’s position as a global leader in digital economy, attract specialised talent, leading companies and new investments and to create a stimulating environment that supports the growth of digital companies.

The Chamber capitalises on new opportunities emerging from increased digitalisation and the expansion of Fourth Industrial Revolution technology across all sectors of business.
