 Aamir Aziz Khan is a seasoned legal professional with extensive expertise of almost 30 years in both contentious and non-contentious sides of law. His main fields of interest are investment proposals with foreign participation; project financing (including IPPs); corporate financing and loan agreements with foreign lending agencies, building and engineering contracts; telecommunication matters; environmental issues; arbitration matters and advising on general corporate matters, including but not limited to incorporation of companies, transfer of shares, mergers and acquisitions, bifurcation, winding up, etc. He did his Masters in Corporate and Shipping Law from Pakistan with majors in M&As. After graduation, he remained associated with one of Pakistan’s oldest and leading law firm namely, M/s. Surridge and Beecheno, and represented numerous multinational companies and lending agencies including IFC, ADB, Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, FMO, CDC, DEG, etc. He was enrolled as a member of the High Court of Sindh on 2000 and with the Supreme Court of Pakistan in 2014 and pleaded high stake matters in the apex courts of Pakistan.

He is also a member of the International Faculty of Finance and is a certified project finance consultant from University of Middlesex (UK). Has attended numerous conferences and workshop on corporate matters, project finance, inter-regional agreements and contracts all over the world. He has contributed many articles and publications in various law journals. Mr. Aamir was invited by the US State Department in one of the most prestigious US Government programs namely International Visitors Leadership Exchange Program to visit USA being the state guest of USA. Currently he is the Senior Partner of M/s. Aziz Law Associates, Karachi. Mr. Khan advised numerous banking consortiums of Pakistan. Recognized for his analytical depth and practice approach, he brings a result-oriented mindset to complex legal challenges, particularly in high-stakes corporate and financial transactions. His multidisciplinary experience positions him as a trusted advisor in both domestic and international legal landscapes.
