Kennedys
Global presence, local expertise

Kennedys is a global law firm specialising in dispute resolution and advisory services.

Established in 1899, Kennedys now has over 3,000 employees spread across 78 offices, associations and co-operations around the world, providing extensive coverage across the Middle East and beyond. We have been established in the Gulf region since 2006, with offices in the UAE and Oman.

We offer the resources of a global firm coupled with a local understanding of legal issues, local markets and industry-specific challenges. Our clients trust us with some of their most complex and high-profile matters across our network of international offices.

At Kennedys, we are here to make a difference for our clients and each other every day. We empower our people to reach their full potential. We do this by putting our values centre stage. They define the way we behave and interact with one another, and they run through every strand of the firm. This is achieved by being approachable, straightforward, supportive, distinctive and ambitious.

Kennedys in the region

Kennedys has been established in the Middle East since 2006, with offices in Dubai and Oman. Our offices operating on the ground are made up of lawyers with strong expertise in relevant local laws and extensive practical experience of local market conditions.

A long-established presence

Our teams in the UAE and Oman are highly regarded centres for the provision of strategic and commercial legal advice to organisations and individuals in the GCC, Africa and beyond.

Our lawyers are qualified in several jurisdictions, including Australia, England & Wales, Hong Kong, India, Lebanon, New Zealand, Oman and South Africa. We have well-developed relationships with carefully chosen, locally licensed lawyers and consultancies across the GCC and wider Middle East region.

We are renowned for our expertise in commercial dispute resolution and advisory services, and our clients across the globe rely on us to help them with their most critical issues, often involving us to provide strategic guidance well before a dispute arises.

Where specialist expertise is required, we are also able to draw upon the experience and resources of our wider network of offices across the region and global network.
