He has been actively involved in trade finance for more than a quarter of a century and has delivered technical assistance for trade finance in more than 100 countries. Vincent’s primary activity is trade facilitation with the major Multilateral Development Banks and his recognized specialty is trade related dispute resolution where he often acts as Expert Witness in Trade Disputes and Legal Cases.
Vincent also holds the positions of the Associate Director of the Institute of International Banking Law and Practice (IIBLP).

ICC UAE presented a Roundtable Discussion on
Sustainability in Trade Facilitation at COP28 on 12th December 2023.
The roundtable discussion showcased initiatives of members of ICC UAE in facilitating sustainable trade, advancing green technology and in turn reducing the carbon footprint at grassroots level.
The proceedings were launched by H.E. Ahmed Khalifa Al Qubaisi, Vice Chair, ICC UAE and CEO of Abu Dhabi Chamber.
From Farm to Plate, showcased how they have implemented green-oriented practices and technology that not only create a better, cleaner, and healthier ecosystem but at the same time create expanding business opportunities for SME’s in the agrisector.

Trade Assets, delivered real life case-studies on how they are creating sustainable liquidity and adaptive trade finance to emerging markets through its Green Trade Finance Channel for trade risk distribution.

Cullen Eco-Friendly Packaging, outlined the positive transformational impact applying pulp packaging to replace single use plastic containers is already having on the environment. Plans for the UAE were also outlined.
